TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

ORGANIZER, ELIGIBILITY

1.1. Paulaner Brauerei Gruppe Sales & Marketing GmbH, Ohlmüllerstraße 42, 81541 Munich (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) is the organizer of the sweepstakes and is therefore solely responsible for its conduct.

1.2. All users who are at least 18 years of age at the start of the contest and have a permanent residence in Germany are eligible to participate.

Employees of the Organizer and affiliated companies, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation. Employees and relatives of companies involved in the administration of this contest are also excluded.

1.3. The organizer reserves the right to exclude from the contest any users who have provided false information, violated the terms and conditions of participation, or engaged in or caused manipulation.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST

2.1. Participation in the contest is possible via www.paulaner-fcb.com.

2.2. Participation is free of charge and not tied to the purchase of goods.

2.3. To participate, the user must provide or confirm the following correct information:

Email address

2.4. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The organizer assumes no liability for the timeliness, completeness, or accuracy of the transmission of participant data.

2.5. Prior to claiming the prize, the winner shall enter into a contract drafted by the organizer regarding the rights of use for video and audio recordings made in connection with the claiming of the prize.

2.6. The organizer will also publish the winner’s name after the contest has ended. The winner agrees that their name may be published on www.paulaner-fcb.com in connection with this contest.

DURATION OF THE CONTEST

The “Berlin, Berlin, we’re going to Berlin!” contest begins on May 7, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. CEST and ends on May 15, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. CEST. Participants may enter the contest during this period.

PRIZES, DETERMINATION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS, AND REDEMPTION

4.1. The organizer is giving away the following grand prize in this contest:

1 x fan package for 2 people

o Round-trip travel for the winner and their guest to Berlin

o Overnight stay at a hotel in Berlin

o Lunch for two at the Paulaner Wirtshaus on Potsdamer Platz

o Visit to the Fan Fest on Potsdamer Platz

o 1 pair of tickets for the DFB Cup Final on May 23, 2026

o Meals during the program activities

4.2. The prize is non-exchangeable. The prize is non-transferable and non-saleable. Cash payment of the prize value is excluded.

4.3. The winner will be determined as follows:

The winner will be determined after the end of the contest through a random drawing among all participants.

4.4. The winner will then be notified by email

4.5. If the winner cannot be reached by email or does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be drawn from the remaining participants. Upon the drawing of a new winner, the previous winner’s claim to the prize shall lapse.

LIABILITY

Claims for damages by the participant are excluded.

Excluded from this are claims for damages by the participant arising from injury to life, limb, or health, or from the breach of contractual obligations whose fulfillment is essential for the proper performance of the contract and on whose compliance the participant may regularly rely; as well as liability for other damages resulting from an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the organizer, its legal representatives, or vicarious agents.

If contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper performance of the contract and on whose compliance the participant may regularly rely, are breached through simple negligence, the provider shall be liable for the resulting damages only to the extent of foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

The limitations set forth in the preceding two paragraphs also apply in favor of the organizer’s legal representatives and vicarious agents if claims are asserted directly against them.

Compensation for damages due to delayed or non-delivery is excluded unless the organizer acted with intent or gross negligence. In the event of liability, the organizer is liable in this case only for foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

The provisions of the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.

FINAL PROVISIONS

6.1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the contest for good cause without prior notice, particularly if its proper conduct cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons.

6.2. Legal recourse is excluded.

6.3. The conduct of the contest, the legal relationship between the organizer and the participant, and these rules of participation, including their interpretation, are governed exclusively by German law, to the exclusion of any legal provisions that refer to another legal system.
